Unfortunately, due to my bank recent transfer regulations, I cannot transfer this fund ($37.8 Million USD) out to myself (without int’l assistance), hence the reason I am now in search for a reliable person (a foreigner living outside Hong Kong), someone who has no trace of contact with me and who would be willing to receive aforementioned funds on my behalf as Tenure Investment Proceeds in his/her account with all my support and guidance. I’m hereby soliciting your assistance to work with me as partner in receiving these funds on my behalf with all my support and guidance. With my position, I can put you in as one of our foreign investors by creating a portfolio in your name and attach the $37.8 Million USD for easy facilitation of the funds remittance to your account without delay. I want you to know that no tenure investment proceeds are paid out to our foreign investors without my approval/signatory.
