DAVID CARL LEE
INSPECTION UNIT
J.F Kennedy International Airport New York
Dear Owner Verify,
I am David C. Lee, Chief Inspection Agent- United Nations Inspection Unit
at John F. Kennedy International airport, New York- working hand in hand
with Department of Homeland Security and U.S Customs and Border Protection.
During our investigation, I discovered an abandoned shipment from a
Diplomat from London, UK and when scanned it revealed an undisclosed sum of
money in a metal trunk box weighing approximately 25kg each. The
consignment was abandoned because the Content was not properly declared by
the consignee as money rather it was declared as personal effect to avoid
diversion by the shipping agent and also the Diplomat inability to pay for
Non Inspection Fees.
On my assumption, each of the boxes will contain about $3Million to
$4Million each and the consignment is still left in the storage house till
today. The consignment are two metal boxes with weight of about 25kg each
(Internal dimension: W61 x H156 x D73 (cm). Effective capacity: 110 LBS.).
Approximately, the details of the consignment including your name and
address, the official document from United Nation office in London are
tagged on the Metal Trunk boxes.
PROVIDE YOUR NAME, PHONE NUMBER AND FULL HOME ADDRESS, TO CROSS CHECK IF IT
CORRESPONDS WITH THE NAME AND ADDRESS ON THE CONSIGNMENT INCLUDING THE NAME
OF NEAREST AIRPORT AROUND YOUR CITY AND OTHER DETAILS.
You can send the required details to me by email for onward delivery. All
communication must be held extremely confidential. I can get everything
concluded within 5-6 hours upon your acceptance and proceed to your address
for delivery if you assure me of sharing the content 30% for me / 70% for
you on my arrival to your house.
I want us to transact this business with you and share the money, since the
shipper has abandoned it and disappeared. I will pay for the Non inspection
fee and arrange for the boxes to be moved out of this airport to your
address by myself. But I will share it 30%/70% with you. Make sure Respond
to me via my direct EMAIL: david_lee13@hotmail.com

Congratulations!
Everything was successful as I have finally secured the release of your consignment (SEALED FUND) after a heated negotiation with the airport vault authorities. I have also paid for Non Inspection fees of $4,475 on your behalf which was the main reason the Diplomat abandoned the consignment because he was unable to pay the fee. In the meantime,I have finalized arrangement to fly down to your city for the delivery of the consignment but the vault authorities have informed me of an accumulated demurrage incurred on the consignment basically because of number of days it has been there without clearance. They therefore require me to pay additional $900 for six days demurrage it has incurred before they could release them to me for onward delivery to you. It cost $75 a day on each box.
I am left with only $350 after paying for the Non-Inspection fee. This process requires me to pay it in person in their office before they will issue their receipt paper. This receipts serves as an evidential prove, thereby satisfying consignment as genuine and legitimate having passed John F. Kennedy int'l airport New York satisfactory examination.
The situation is made worst, considering the fact that I do not have access to the boxes and keys right now. I would've opened it and take some money to complete with $350 I have. It have become imperative for you to support at this point, so that, I can complete the money. What is left now is $550.00. Due to the exigent situation, we need to round this up fast. Do try and send the $550 to me, so that I would add to my $350 to complete needed $900. Remember that this cost is for me to pay for the accumulated demurrage incurred and proceed immediately with the boxes to meet you. It is also un-anticipated cost which I did not prepare for hence your assistance and understanding is needed.
Send the money through Money Gram or Western Union outlet and email me the receipt of the payment as soon as possible.
First Name:
City:
State: California
Zipcode:
Amount $550
Note that Terrie will pick it up and send to my account for security reasons. This is the only role you are to play in this delivery process. I shall leave J.F Kennedy International airport today to your international Airport, once I receive the $550 from you and pay for the demurrage. To save all tides, I have decided to transport the boxes by myself to your address for us to share the funds as we agreed. I hope you recognize my effort so far in this process, in ensuring a safe delivery and to guide against any unforeseen circumstance. I have attached here with the receipt of payment of the non-inspection fee, the scan result showing the content of the boxes to be money and my I.D card for facial recognition at the airport. You should as well send me yours for Identification.
Do you intend to meet me at the airport or do I rent a cab to your address? Let me know this quickly, when you are sending the information of the $550 you are sending. Importantly, I would want you to provide a Counting Machine, which will be used to count the money on my arrival.
Please call me immediately you receive this mail. I am waiting for the payment details from you so as to pay and pick up the consignment and board the flight.
Expecting to hearing from you.
