|  +1 Office Store 24 Internet site I purchased a projector package for my teenage son, which included a projector, screen and mount on 15th March 2013, paid £243 which included a next day delivery charge of £8.99, now 30th April 2013 still no delivery, I have several e-mails and phone call speaking with Sophie, e-mails from all three geoff, Sophie and Tracy, orginal promising different delivery dates - then getting told that it had been held up at customs, that went on for three weeks, then every thing went all silent when I asked for a refund, I have now contacted trading standard and Citizens Advice Bureau, just getting the run around from Office Store 24. I am now persuing this through CAB. |

Below is a copy of e-mail I received about Officestore24 from their landlord.
Dear Chris
Thank you for your message to Martin Johnson.
Over the past week we have been made aware that one of our tenants, LMG products Ltd, who have a small suite in Royal Middlehaven House, Middlesbrough, has attracted a number of complaints. I understand that they are the subject of investigation by Trading Standards in both Yorkshire and Cleveland and, as you point out, Cleveland Police.
Of course we have no control over how LMG have conducted their business and we had nothing to indicate that LMG were running anything other than a legitimate business. However, we take a very dim view of businesses acting in such a manner and, in light of the allegations, we are cooperating with both the Police and Trading Standards. In fact we have a meeting with Cleveland Police tomorrow to see if we can provide them with any relevant information. Additionally we have taken immediate steps to recover their suite.
I would like to thank you for reporting this matter to us and I sincerely hope that you are able to recover your loss.
