Targeted at Real Estate Agents. General Hassan would like you to help him find a \'family home\'. He is under political pressure in Sudan. His family is being threatened by assassins, and his health is failing. He then wants to send you \"luggage\" via diplomatic delivery because he can trust no one else. In the \"luggage\" is 25.5 million dollars, which he will pay you 20% of. He requests that when you receive the luggage, you take out 30k to send to them to buy plane tickets. Then you will help them buy a home. He then transfers diplomatic ownership of the luggage to you and sends it out. The \"diplomatic courier\" then contacts you setting up a delivery date. But that date comes and they now have problems with customs. Both General Hassan and the courier will call. There then needs to be a certificate for the luggage which the courier says is a \"new requirement\". He flies back and forth from New York for a few days. Then they are getting the certificate. Then all of a sudden \"the certificate costs 38k, please send now or they are threatening to open the luggage\"
