I have received your details and i will immediately begin with the documentation process today and that might take up to 3 to 5 working days to get it ready and also approved and once this is done i will then send all first documentation to you via DHL or FedEx to your given address.
Please i need you to know two things below:
1: The posting charges will be paid by you and this can only be done once the document are ready to be posted to you.
2: I do charge a little Fee for my services but that can be negotiated as soon as the document gets to you so you can be confident in proceeding and my charge can be negotiated in two forms which are the fixed flat rate or the retainer charge, we can talk about this once you have received the first set of documentation.

Memorandum Of Understanding
WHEREAS: on this Agreement between Principal and Agent, I Mr. Kim Sue-Kim Manager at Mutsuura Honten Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as the “Principal”) have agreed to enter into this Agreement to receive financial handling and services from (hereinafter referred to as “Agent”) is to serve as an intermediary between Mutsuura Honten Co., Ltd. and the assigned client/customer and also to receive payments from its debtors and make payment to its creditors.
NOW THIS DEED WITNESSED that by this agreement, the Principal shall have the following understanding and
responsibilities
1. To provide advance notice to the Agent regarding the payment information including the payers/payee names and addresses, amount, related product names and quantities etc.
2. To request the legally permitted agent’s services in USA/CANADA.
3. To give the Agent, monthly salary of USD$5,000.00 after every 30 days and to be raised to USD$8,000.00 after two months upon issue of the company Agent/Representative confirmation letter.

Thank you for your interest in learning more about this position Mutsuura Honten Co., Ltd.is a general trading company dealing with various industrial equipment, mainly industrial machinery tools. Our head office was founded in Aichi Prefecture in 1892. With over 100 years of experience, we are doing business as a distributor with great trust from major domestic and overseas manufacturers. We are delivering reliable products and latest products to customers in the central region of Japan, Tokyo and Osaka customers, and Toyota Motor Corporation, etc. of large companies.
Mutsuura Honten Co., Ltd. is contracting for maintenance work such as cleaning and readjustment of the old surface plate, besides establishing and relocating various surface inspection plates for automobiles, industrial vehicles, machines, etc. Please leave it to experienced weather, such as adjustment and vibration countermeasures that require a lot of know-how.
We require a representative to act in the capacity of an account receivable agent in North America (USA and Canada) on a 12 month contract basis. As an Account Receivable agent, you will be responsible for collection of all account receivables due to Mutsuura Honten Co., Ltd. in the region to directly support sales operations.
We are presently experiencing difficulties in transacting business (i.e. processing payments from our customers) in North America. This challenge has not only limited our effort in penetrating the market in the above region as desired, but has also lead to unprompted remittance of balance payments for Equipment supplied. As a result of this problem, we have customers in above region that has not met with the normal payment schedule of 30 days after confirming receipt of products delivered to them in good condition.
We have approximately $3,200,000.00 worth of payment with different customers from different regions in the United State of America and Canada currently owed Mutsuura Honten Co., Ltd. Having looked at various options of tackling this drawback and based on research and past experience, it is our believe that having a representative/account receivable agent in the same region with our customers, it becomes very easy for them to comply and pay in due time, that is why we require a Representative who can easily communicate with our customer via email and telephone.
We shall provide you with invoices as well as figures for all outstanding payments after you have being fully certified as our company representative agent with our legal binding representative employment deed (Memorandum of Understanding).
With your acknowledgement to this email, We confirm in good faith that as you be paid for your service $5,000 USD monthly allowance (payable every 28 days starting from the date the contract agreement is signed by both parties) to cover out-of-pocket expenses such as telephone bill, fax, etc.
