• Funding Rate: 3.5% Interest Rate per annul

• We finance 100% of the total project cost
• We finance both ongoing and fresh projects
We don’t have any major area of funding - Sectors of Interest: Oil & Gas, Agriculture, Health, Aviation, Tourism, Retail, Real Estate, Construction, IT & Communications, Technology, Education, Energy, Engineering, Utilities, Telecoms, Mining, Maritime and host of other profitable ventures.
To the above regards, what you are required to do now is to prepare a detailed business plan of the project you wish the investor to finance, please do put into account the investor minimum and maximum investment portfolio. Once the investor sees your detailed project business plan and have study it, if after the investor study of your detailed project plan and confirms that he will finance it, I will then send to you the contract agreement that will guide the total investment fund release to you as the investors fund manager for your study and acceptance as well.
If the investor accept to finance your detailed business plan and you accept to work with the contract agreement that he will be sending to you, both parties will fix an appointment for face to face meeting .
Finally, we expect that your project plan will cover the following functional areas:
