I am going to include in the payment, the transport Service fee for some of my properties that will be brought over to the new house, I will like for the essential things i need to be at the new place before my arrival. I tried to pay online directly to the transport company but they will only receive payment after their service has been booked to avoid delay and work overload by commitment. I do not want to postpone this because it might means I will arrive in without my properties which would be an inconvenience for me. The properties that will be transported are as follows; A 62 inch Samsung Flat screen TV Some Paintings My customized Work Desk,( I have a little back problem so I had this Work Desk built for me) A Ducati 899 Panigale Motorbike(I like to ride in summer when I have time) The transport company will be responsible for unpacking and packing the items into the new house so this won't be a stress for you, i will just be glad if you can meet them to coordinate this when they arrive and take back the keys from them when they finish their packing. I will send information of the transport agents before they arrive. So I will proceed and make the payment as obligation to avoid you renting to another person.I will pay the total of the rent Cost(6 months in advance with security deposit) to your PayPal account and also the transportation service fee i explained earlier.
