We have earlier been told about you by the young lady Miss Divine Kone. In view of your request for claims, closure and transfer of Three Million six hundred thousand dollar (US$3.600000:00) belonging to late Dr. Kone Roland's an Libya Nationality.
Inquiries have been made and your information conceded with the one we have in our records based on the reports before the payment verification board.
Be informed that before we can effect further transfer, we need to receive the following proofs from you to ascertain that you have been nominated by his next of kin Miss Divine Kone.
(1) Present a power of attorney dully signed and notarized at the notary office in Senegal. Note: This Power of attorney must be endorsed by a Senegalese resident lawyer since the lady is currently residing in refugee camp Senegal.
(2) Present a sworn affidavit of oath/support from the high court of Senegal.
(3) A copy of statement of account issued to Kone Roland Joseph by our bank.
(4) The death certificate of late Dr. Kone Roland Joseph (Her deceased father) confirming his death.
(5) The birth certificates of the young lady Miss Divine Kone to confirm that she is the daughter of our late customer Kone Roland Joseph Note: The above are compulsory, and are needed to protect our interest, yours and the next of kin after the transfer has been made.
We hope that you will understand that our request for the above documents and informations are part of our security protocols to avoid fraudulent claims or an unwarranted taking advantage of his absence by some individuals or some other distant relations who might have had access to his privacy.

I have informed the bank about my plans to make a claim to this money and the only thing they told me is to search for a foreign partner who will stand on my behalf due to my refugee status and the laws of this country. I hope you are in good health? Here in Senegal is little winter now. I just want to inform you that I am from Libya, but because of the war in my country which led to the death of my father and my mother and also resulted my staying here in the refugee camp. My situation here is very bad. It is just like someone staying in the prison but I am expecting to gain my freedom as soon as possible. I do not have any relatives who i can live with. All our relatives scattered at the heat of the war but the only person who is taking care of me now is, Reverend father James Anthony. a missionary who use to conduct morning prayer for us in the camp. He has been so helpful to me here in the camp I am not living in the same house with him but I lives in the female hostel.
