| Julie Leach Lotto Giveaway Scam I had liked a pic on Twitter that was linked to this person’s profile and then received a direct message (DM) from someone claiming to be Julie Leach. In the DM, it stated that I was a winner and that the Julie Leach Foundation was going to give me $100,000. But in order to receive the money, I would be required to first pay processing fees amounting to $200. I advised that I didn’t have $200. Then they wanted me to pay half at first and the other half once I receive it? I just kept telling them that I had no money. I asked them to take it out of what I had won but apparently this was against the rules. They gave me a FedEx tracking number, which when I looked it up, came back in multiple duplicate entries. |
They gave up and blocked me when I finally asked for them to send me a picture of Julie Leach holding a calendar with today’s date circled.
I believe that I screenshots of all this including the FedEx page.

Since you’re here …
we have a small favour to ask. More people are visting Scamdex and Scamalot than ever but advertising revenues are falling fast and we have no 'product' to sell.
And unlike many informational websites, we haven’t put up a paywall or membership barrier – we want to keep our site as open as we can.
So you can see why we need to ask for your help. Scamdex/Scamalot websites takes a lot of time, money and hard work to keep running. We do this because we
hate to see our fellow humans getting scammed out of their hard-earned money by low-lives.
