Cheques are to be sent to: LMG Products Ltd, Royal Middlehaven house, 21 Gosford Street, Middlesbrough, TS2 1BB. I was told there would be 2-3 weeks wait on the projector. Later I was told the projector had not arrived in the country and I would be given 3 years warranty if I hung on. Later still I was informed the projectors had arrived but the manager did not know where and when they were going to be distributed. I was given the phone no: 01642 240586 to discuss my order with either Geoff or Tracy. The order was placed on 19th of January. The last email I recieved on 29th April send by Geoff when asked where the projector was stated: \"i do not no why this is the case and i am going to investigate the reason behind this not showing as refunded to your self. i will look into this return to make sure we have recieved it back, have you got a tracking reference or receipt of postage?\" Nobody has answered the phone number given:01642 240586 or the number on the website.
