Hello, I acknowledged the receipt of your application via our craigslist post, and I want you to know that your service is highly needed by me. But before we get started with the service you applied for, I will want you to fill in the position I have urgent need for cause am out of state now on a business trip to Canada To that effect,I want to use this media to give you a comprehensive brief about the Personal assistant position available but firstly I will like to introduce myself, my company and what we do. ABOUT JOB/ME: My name is John S. Langford, the Independent Director. Micro-Coax, Inc. and also a father of 2. Micro-Coax, Inc. offers transmission line solutions for radio frequency and microwave applications. It offers cable assemblies, cables, connectors, delay lines, and metal clad fibers. The company serves defense, satellite, telecommunications, and test and measurement markets. Its products are used in military communications, radars, missile guidance to satellites, cellular transmitters and receivers, and test equipment. Micro-Coax offers its products through sales representatives and distributors in the United States and internationally. Considering the fact that I travel alot and get my hands occupied because am working with many companies in the states and outside, so it is imperative for me to have a worthy assistant who can monitor and keep me up to date with my activities. This position is flexible and you can be in any location, working with me is basically about instructions and following them. There is also a very sensitive issue on trust and accountability which I believe will resolve itself as time goes on. DUTIES AND TASK FOR NOW: Your activities among other things will include: Make travel arrangements, order office supplies, running personal errands, filing documents, faxing, printing and handle my shopping. Good sense of humor is required and mandatory to work with me. Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information and perform duties with accuracy, quality, and integrity. Basic wage is $500 weekly. Let me know if you will be able to offer me any or all of these services as this position is 1099 which means all taxes has been placed on me with the form I signed with IRS as a company owner or independent contractor. We will make arrange for a W-2 agreement when I return to the state; Am presently in Canada now on a business trip like I earlier mentioned; so this position is for you to work directly with me at no cost or sign up fee.
