very professional at first. Got an address to pick up the puppies. Drove clear to Cleveland Ohio. No one showed up or came to the door. Confirmed the address three times. Was informed by neighbors that this isn't the first time. 4 other families had shown up at that house to get puppies as well. Yes we are out money. I just want these people caught.
