Tractor is advertised as being in Texas. Calls to "Carla" go unanswered, but go through an internet phone. The area code is New York. "Carla" responds via email saying that her husband died, she took the tractor to Pittsburg, PA where she resides and she will ship it to me without any obligation before I pay a dime. If I don't like it - she will ship it back.
