Claimed to be living in Switzerland, and using AirBnB to facilitate a rental which was priced too good to be true. Requested I send him personal details, and then someone from AirBnB would be in touch with me to take a deposit before i viewed the property.
Loads of red flags on this one, except it's well written in perfect english with perfect spelling. Don't be fooled!

I received an email saying there was a cancellation and offering a 35% discount. It offered 100% refund within 10 days of arrival.
