A passport and old Melbourne driver's license was also attached. Possible identity theft here.

Scammer Information Tran (or Kim), contacted us via SMS (from mobile number 0428 465 117) responding to our ad for a room to rent. She then emailed requesting our paypal details so she could pay the deposit on the room.
Sounded suspicious as she was supposed to be in the coast guard in Canada. Sent us a scan of her passport, medicare card and outdated driving license from Melbourne. Didn't respond to questions but kept pushing for the paypal info.
