Inheritance Scam Scammer Information John Alberto, "accountant/independent underwriter" in UK, claims to have my (and my Son's) surname from an old file of one of his deceased clients having same surname and fixed deposits of US$3.8 Million. John Alberto offers his help in "repatriating those funds" to me as beneficiary. Somewhat poorly constructed letter (grammatically) but does appear official. It's a very similar letter to many others noted online as frauds/scams.

However, they use your last name as the same as the "dead relative" to make it look legitimate. Return address is a PO box in Waterloo, ON which belongs to some insurance company. Possibly fake/stolen return address. Sent via Canada Post postal meter 1681350, which may or may not be fake as well.
Letter mailed in Canada pretending to be UK lawyer. Grammar in letter is very bad, as is in typical scam letters.
