After numerous emails saying the funds were ready to transfer to my paypal account he then explained there was a problem with the courier and he would give me the money direct to pay the courier and I would pay them.

With his horrible English and bad grammar i thought something was fishy, however this is not your average scammer and he is very clever. He has even gone to the trouble of sending me a photo of a fake Lithuanian passport and Northern Territory address. I found his scam as he used the licensed number on this website.
