After 3-4 weeks I contacted the firm-spoke to Mini their representative- who validated that it was lost in the mail and being returned back to China. Then when it arrived then and only then would I be reimbursed for the product. Since I bought it via PayPal I had 90 days to file a complaint or I lost the money and product. So I asked Mini-about the Insurance for loss –she/he ignored this conversation entirely and stated that for $40 USD they would send me a replacement- so now I would be paying $130 for the $90 item. When I challenged them they stated they would drop it to $35 USD- again paying $125 for the same item. What the heck? So Mini gives me a tracking #- I spend 3 hours traveling to various Post Offices- then 2 hours on the phone with various Post Offices-and then 2 hours on at least 10 e-mails back and forth. Finally I contacted PayPal- on 02/21/14- on 02/24/14- the package that was lost arrived –a miracle. Now it is entirely in Chinese and has pieces missing. I did manage to get my money back in March 2014. I am furious since between time-gas-traveling-phone calls-e mails I have spent way over $240 of my time for this useless piece of junk. Someone should contact them-and not allow them to dupe US citizens with their cheap electronics ploys.
