After 3-4 weeks I contacted the firm-spoke to Mini their representative- who validated that it was lost in the mail and being returned back to China. Then when it arrived then and only then would I be reimbursed for the product. Since I bought it via PayPal I had 90 days to file a complaint or I lost the money and product.
