| Al Sydney, New South Wales, Australia 2012-04-05 10:30:20 Classified Ads Scam Quokka (quokka.com.au) | +1 emailing about my ad in online paper Scammer offered to buy my advertised bike without seeing it, saying they would send a courier to pick it up. he claimed to work on an oil rig and couldn\'t call becaus etheir satellite was down due to bad weather!
The grammar was bad enough to send warning signals but I had this message the last time I did an online ad.

The guy just wanted to buy our car. Used two different email accounts... pretty strange. can't really say if it's a scam. but the story was 100% as above. Even though the weather is really nice at the moment.
