None could make phone contact due to the weather.

He then sent me an email claiming that he would pay me (via paypal) and sent me a fake paypal email claiming to give me an extra $800 to pay the the Pick up Agent (via Western Union), but the money wouldnt be transfered to me until they had recieved the MTCN.
