Then tries to convince you that he is sending payment via PayPal & will need to organise a courier to collect the goods. Also requests that you remove your advert from the site. Then gives another story that PayPal is holding funds until you make payment to his agent in China who is organising the courier to collect item. Once I called him out on this he then told me the same story regarding PayPal holding payments to see if I was a legitimate seller and that PayPal were waiting for me to contact them with the Money Control Transfer Number from Western Union to confirm the $1000 payment was made by me to his agent in China. |
