This could be genuine but given that others have received almost identical emails and buying a car without seeing it seems pretty unlikely I think it best to err on the side of caution with this one....

Then sends email advising he will pay monies plus his agents shipping fees to Paypal. The seller is then required to use his own money to pay the shipping agent ,usually in the vicinity of $1500 with FedEx receipt to be sent to Paypal who will release all the funds to the seller.
Obvious scam. Paypal do not set terms on who they distribute monies to. They just follow Instructions on who to pay.
