Inked below, except he was a petroleum engineer, on a rig, having trouble calling etc etc. asking for Paypal details. Unfortunately I gave him my email address for PayPal, but then found this site. So I have closed all accounts with them now.
Be ware, whoever this is they are very convincing, and sound legit. Below is a transcript of my discussions with this person;

However the apartment looks like it's worth much more than that amount, and the scammer uses pictures already used by other real apartments.
The scammer lists the apartment on www.airbnb.com and will act like a legitimate landlord. He even sends a legitimate passport copy and electric bill.

Someone calling themselves Barry, replied to the add using Quokka's online email contact, even though I had placed my phone number in the add. Barry did not say which add he was referred to, the grammer was odd, plus my adds fully described the goods for sale so the only contact needed was to ring me to view the goods.
