He called and wanted me to open a Pay Pal Account. He said he had to go out on the ocean right away and he had a 'mover' who could come and get the car after payment went through on Pay Pal. He was supposedly buying the car for his father. He was insistent and wanted to pay exact price I was asking sight unseen (major red flag)
