 | Little Beak Victoria, British Columbia, Canada 2017-06-07 21:14:14 Wills/Probate Scam | Intestate claim by person with same last name. - $3.8 million U.S. in n/o Richard Harris, same last name of recipient. Scammer Information Supposed relative with same last name as recipient died intestate with $3.8 million U.S. in a bank account. The funds need to be claimed within ten years and the scammer offers to handle the transfer of funds with the assistance of a notary to the recipient. The recipient is assured to qualify to receive the funds, all legal. Of course, the offer must remain confidential with no third party involvement with contact to be made strictly by telephone or email.
