The property is a Low income tax credit funded property. The build quality is sub standard and the amenities are not as described. Gym is funky small, so-called community center/business area is mostly locked. Mgr. is paranoid. Computers stated available are not secure - keylogger. Garbage area is always a creepy mess. Appliances and plumbing breaks a lot.
