i looked up the wording for the email and it matches almost word for word a nigerian scam for a wine merchant/farmer Andrew Margan in 2015 in the hunter valley newcastle nsw
the content of the email was as follows

Was sent a fake PayPal email message saying that I had to pay a 'MOVING FEE' in order for the money to enter my account via Moneygram.
This immediately triggered a red flag
